These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the BidSense website, mobile applications, and related services. By creating an account or using BidSense, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use BidSense. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms after they are published.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the service.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping authentication credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Service scope
BidSense provides informational analysis to support property bidding decisions. The service does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are offered through renewable subscriptions. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow the applicable platform billing rules presented at checkout.
6. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant BidSense a non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely to provide and improve the service.
7. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or deceptive use.
- No attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt platform operation.
- No unauthorized scraping, automated extraction, or bypassing access controls.
8. Third-party providers
Some functionality depends on third-party providers such as infrastructure, authentication, and billing partners. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual property
BidSense and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the service, excluding user-generated content.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outputs should be independently validated before making property decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidSense is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for direct claims is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or EUR 100 if no paid subscription exists.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity reasons.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
